For day one of this amazing confrence I get to hear an amazing panel but the one I,m most excited to hear today is Simon Heseltine.

Communication with an In-House SEO team is part of our daily practice but communicating properly is important. How do we do this is by learning how to train them and learn to adapt to their personal language.

Some of the major barriers in communication is misunderstoods in SEO education.The first step is training each department or every level of that in-House SEO needs to be discussed and go over important check marks that is the foundation for success for proper delivery of the SEO strategy.

It’s equally yet severly important for companies that are dependent on their own in-house SEO. Let’s face it this industry is continually evolving just as quickly as technology itself. We don’t know when the inhouse SEO team was last educated with the latest algorythm update. Simon who currently works for AOL that houses many other businesss under the AOL name says that when new employees enter the digital team they go through the first month in heavy training. He says this creates better eficiencies within the business but also creates a stronger team and bring them up to par with the rest of the team.
